I booked an appointment for Fulani braids. Becky was great, she followed the the picture I showed her to a t. She also doesn’t plait tight, so I’m not worried about traction alopecia. I would go book with Becky again.

The staff themselves were very friendly on the day and seemed to listen to what I wanted. Regrettably, it is three weeks later and literally half the rings holding the extensions have fallen off. The top extension is only holding on my head because I have secured it with clips and is horrible.
I have booked another refitting at a different place and have to pay another £100+ to get it fixed.
Extremely disappointed.

I had a great experience at RC, Rebecca and Yvonne filled the room with positive energy and professionalism from the minute I stepped in.
There was a little mixup with the pricing and what I had chosen, but ultimately it was quickly sorted, and I left with the most beautiful braids and still feel happy after my experience.
If you want a stylist that is efficient, but delivers beautiful styles with a friendly but professional attitude I’d recommend 100%
