I actually ended up having a massage with Dan as I changed my day and Ryan wasn't available. Dan was everything I could want - professional, experienced and attentive. His massage was a nice change. Not quite as 'deep tissue' as the ones I get with Ryan but enjoyable and I couldn't fault it. Also as I said, a nice change, almost fell asleep which, for me is a compliment!

I had the best sports massage at R&D Wellness. Ryan understands the technique very well - the massage was not painful and at the same time it really helped with my sore muscles. I am definitely coming back!
