I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ryan, he was extremely professional and knowledgeable throughout the treatment and helped release my back after the first session, allowing me to get back to my hobbies again. Not only was the massage very effective, but he is a kind and thoughtful person too. Thank you!

I was skeptical at first, being a new business, so got in contact with Ryan, and he was lovely. I went along and was accompanied and looked after throughout. He was very good and very professional, and dealt with a long term upper-back issue effectively. He knew where my triggerpoints were, and did a couple of techniques that felt like they really helped. That's all you want from a sports massage, and I'd happily recommend Ryan to anyone needing his services.
