I had a great deep tissue massage with Darek. I had been having some lower back pain recently which was affecting my training and Darek was able to relieve that pain and provide further advice to avoid injury in the future with my training

Marlon was fantastic. He is a very knowledgable and friendly guy who immediately put me at ease. He was very attentive and frequently checked in to ensure that I was not in pain while conducting his assessment and subsequent rehabilitation exercises.
