I’d been struggling with terrible pain in my right arm and shoulder for several weeks, but after a deep tissue massage with Remell — who was absolutely brilliant — the pain stopped. Highly recommended! I’ll definitely be booking again.

My first experience here was just amazing, greeted by the very friendly Marlon, he had read my booking notes and was ready to help! He gave me a list of exercises to use and emailed these with YouTube links so I would remember how to do them. An excellent experience, will definitely be returning :)

Cannot recommend RD Clinics enough! Marlon is so friendly and helpful, I have seen a huge improvement in my hips since using his physio exercises. The place itself is so lovely and everyone is so kind!!

Gab is the best treatment expert! Professional and full of knowledge. He’s helped me with injury and so much soreness and achiness over the years being a desk bound worker. I feel so renewed every time I leave. Would highly recommend seeing him!
