Targeted the areas I was sore and fixed them with very attentive methods.. also gave me knowledge in prevention with a collection of stretches. very enjoyable experience and would highly recommend :)

Had a great deep tissues massage. Highly recommend booking Maria. She worked on the specific issues I had and 3 days later, my issues have subsided.
