I had a sports massage with Michael on Friday as I had a knot in my lower back that was causing me a lot of discomfort. It’s completely eased the pain I had. I definitely will be back!

Sonja is incredible, her massage was excellent and she’s lovely. Before the treatment we discussed my issues and reasons for booking. Then she tailored the treatment to my body and needs and checked in about the level of pressure. 100% recommend her!
