I booked a sports massage, but was looking for help with my neck which was tight, with limited range of movement. I found Maria listened, understood the issue and explained what she would do and why. She instilled confidence and was reassuring. Whilst being highly professional, Maria was warm and friendly. After the treatment, she talked me through what she had done and gave me a couple of exercises. She didn't push further treatments but I will return as my neck feels much better.

Absolutely the best massage I have ever had , Maria was wonderful , always checking that I’m ok . Gave great advice on self help techniques and and other things to try . The room could have been a bit bigger with somewhere to leave your personal bits

Great venue. Massage was equally relaxing and successful in digging into the tight areas. Gabrielle was really nice and made me feel very comfortable.
