A great experience for my first facial treatment, relaxing and calming. A little difficult to find, perhaps more detailed directions from Cambridge Heath station would be useful. I was really interested in all the products/treatments that had been used, however I did not have time to go through these with my technician as I had to leave. I think it would nice to have a followup email with information about the treatments used (and why), as it is could influence future treatment decisions.
