I visited before when there was a different hair stylist- loved the result and cut, so I went back. I'm really not fussy with my hair but this was the worst experience ever. Paid £37 for a cut, 'hair conditioning treatment' and blow dry. The stylist was a nice enough lady and everything seemed okay. The cut was not done in a parting. I brought this up and was told "I am not styling it in a parting so you can wear it anyway you like" I've never had that done but thought, that's handy, fine. The stylist was very rough, hitting me on the head with the brush, dropping things, scratching me- all things I could not be too bothered about if the cut was good. She spent a long time checking the evenness and I was meant to have a graduating result with it longer down to the front. She styled my hair with no parting - by even a vague one- hair everywhere like I hadn't brushed it. I have pictures of how awful it was. Again, I gritted my teeth and said thank you and that it was great as I'm too polite to say, thinking that maybe it was just the styling that was off, which again, I can live with. But I get home, put it in my normal parting (as I asked, but was told she was doing it so I could style it however) and straightened it. Not only is it squint in cut when straightened but the hair sits hideously in the parting and seems all wrong. The graduated effect was better before I went in too. Awful and at £37, a complete rip off. What a shame, as I like the salon previously.

The staff are professional, courteous, amazing at removing reddish and copper undertones, hair cut and blow dry was great. Some treatments takes longer than anticipated. However, great hair done properly takes time. The only thing I would suggest is a small TLC to the place and other forms of online payments, overall great experience really talented and experienced staff definitely would use their services again and would recommend to family and friends
