I was surprised to find the door closed at 15:30 with an "on treatment" shield. I expected to be able to come in and wait inside even if I was early. I didn't thought it was a very small cosmetic studio with few employees..

A good, quick visit with no messing around, plus good attention to wax temperature - which I am fairly sensitive to. Would go back.
