I had booked a couple of treatments and afternoon tea with this salon for my sister's hen party. We were surprised by the location, and pleased to see a beautifully decorated shop with a comfy sofa to sit on while we waited.
After some time our treatments began, and we were a little perplexed as to why the treatments were being done one at a time. We were told that someone had called in sick last minute and so things were a little behind.
The treatments went well, and all the girls enjoyed the time we spent there. It was a less formal affair then I had imagined, but the staff were all so friendly and treated us like family, and this made it very welcoming.
The afternoon tea was lovely too -lots of everything! Apparently this was the cut down version of the tea and we were encouraged by Crysttal to ask for more (but we barely managed what they gave us!)
All in all a fun day to remember with some really lovely people and some great value treatments.

felt very relaxed afterwards look forward to the next one already booked so can't wait Stacey is so profesional and she works wonders on my tired muscles
The staff are extremely friendly it's a very informal atmosphere however we paid for an hour massage and it started 20mins late and finished 5mins earlier than the expected time so was only 35mins long. We prefer somewhere with more ambience & with music throughout and a quiet relaxing room but they were very chatty during the treatment with music playing on and off which was distracting. Can't fault the staff or the treatment itself they are super friendly and good at what they do, just personal preference that we prefer somewhere a little more quiet and a longer treatment like we had paid for :) would return for treatments where you don't mind noise / chatting eg. Nails or sunbed but not for a relaxation treatment like a massage :)

Relaxing once started, outside entrance needs updating. Staff friendly Stacey was good although surprised no chest massage considering booked full body!

I love this salon. Very friendly staff, approachable, knowledgeable and welcoming . I am happy with all the treatments I have had, Sun beds are the best in Nuneaton . All the girls are very professional and knows their job. I normally go earlier then my appointment so I can have a good natter and laugh.
