can't fault staff, crystal is lovely and very attentive unfortunately the lashes are the worst ive ever had, had them done 3 days ago and every single lash has fell off really sorry but i will be never having them done here again

the room was to cold, I wasn't asked if I had any allergies, any areas of my to body that should be avoided or paid attention to, and of all the massages ive ever had ive never had one start on my face, always the back, the face is last
so the ring from where the face is held has time to fade. also there was far to much oil used.
the afternoon tea was very nice.

Waiting area is very busy with teas being served and nails being done. Not a good combination as far as I am concerned. It is not conducive to relaxing before massage. However once in the treatment room everything is great, and I couldn't wish for a better massage. Staff are lovely.

My nails and lashes were mess due to me going at different local salon. Crystal is very professional and knows her job very well. I was made welcome and comfortable. I was bit nervous due to my experience at previous salon. Staff understood that and went out of their way to make me comfortable. Have had more then one set of nails and lashes and very pleased each time. And Crystal's massages are the best. I have travelled the world but she is best. Best thing about her is that she gives credit to her whole team. If I say to her she is best her response will be that they all are best . I always find every one helping each other and laughing . Atmosphere is so good that it lifts your spirits as soon as you walk in. Clean, tidy, professional and spotless each time I visited .Very positive, very humble and down to earth ladies . Have not tried the food yet but will do soon. I refuse to go any where else.
