As soon as I entered the treatment room I felt relaxed. Kirsty asked what I would like her to concentrate on. I’m training for a marathon so my legs! She applied just the right amount of pressure for it to be useful but relaxing.
Also talked through other options for any future treatments.

Really great deep tissue massage. Kirsty is so lovely and really knows her stuff. Deep tissue massage can be hit and miss but this one solved the issue at the first attempt.
