I had a facial here at the weekend and was very disappointed if I am honest. Although the therapist was lovely, the micro beads from the scrub she used kept going into my eyes and mouth; her phone alarm also kept going off and someone walked in mid-way my treatment when I was half dressed so never really properly relaxed. I would have asked for a refund, but had already paid in-full when I booked and just wanted to get home and jump in the shower by the end of it.

The lady that gave me the treatments was very nice however she did not know what treatments I had booked. I had to remind her of my facial at the end and she told me I should’ve had that first before the eyebrows and extensions however it’s not my job? I do not like my eyebrows either the tint was done poorly. The eyelash extensions don’t look how I wanted them to look.

I had a haircut at Rebecca's beauty by Latha. She is such a lovely lady. She cut my hair exactly how I wanted. She is professional and paid attention to details. Staff is very welcoming. Excellent services with reasonable prices.I will definitely recommend Rebecca's beauty.
