Lovely experience with Katie today!! She was so detailed and patient. Listened to everything I wanted and consistently checked back with me to ensure I was happy throughout the cut. Really great haircut. Highly recommend!!

The hairdresser wasn’t there when I arrived - nobody told me so wasted trip and very frustrating before a black tie event. The ladies at reception were apologetic and let me use the straighteners in the changing room - nothing against them! But still very frustrating.
