I would definitely bring a picture of what you want. I left with bangs when I asked for long face framing layers. Overall my hair is healthier but it’s pretty disappointing to leave with bangs when you’re not expecting it.

Lottie was amazing and very knowledgeable. Her and the other stylists knew what they were doing and achieved really sleek hair for me. I have really thick curly hair yet they managed to get my hair super straight and smooth. 100% recommend.
