The hairdresser wasn’t there when I arrived - nobody told me so wasted trip and very frustrating before a black tie event. The ladies at reception were apologetic and let me use the straighteners in the changing room - nothing against them! But still very frustrating.

Lovely experience with Katie who gave me a great, easy to maintain haircut. Katie has a warm, friendly manner and convinced me to go for the chop which I and friends have said looks great - really pleased with the results!
