Fist time cutting my hair in the UK due to the fear of some hairdressers wanting to add their own style without telling me. But Lottie did an amazing job by adhering to what i wanted (she also has great suggestions that you can take or not). Another positive is that she is a great person as well in addition to be very professional and great at her work!
