Lottie is honestly fab - second time seeing her & am thrilled. I have really thick hair and she has done a brilliant job at both cutting it with the right shaping & texture to keep its fullness but removing weight AND blow drying it to look beautiful & bouncy. And she's really lovely which is an added bonus!
