Lottie was amazing! She cut my hair exactly how I asked and made me feel so comfortable as I’ve had many bad experiences in the past with other hairdressers. Definitely my new fave hairdresser!

Martell is obviously and undoubtedly very talented. But I didn’t feel he took time doing my braids, or cared much of what I thought of the outcome. It was very rushed! My braids were so tight and really hurt my head so had to remove on the same day . This didn’t happen when I did with other hairdressers. So he didn’t tailor his approach based on hair thickness. Also I didn’t like that he wasn’t wearing mask and also he didn’t expect me not to wear a mask- this should be the normal now
