Kelly was pleasant and listened to what I wanted - really lovely haircut. 3* as she didn't have clippers on her the first time so had to reschedule and arrived late on second appointment.
I'm very happy with the cut, and it was styled well. Slightly difficult to find the venue - but got there in the end!
Was good value for money. It is perhaps more akin to going to a barber than a hairdresser in terms of 'luxury' factor, but that wasn't such a surprise given the name of the place. Was a pleasant experience. Would go back.
