This was my second visit (ironically a first for me as I rarely return to places, typical nomadic Londoner) and Kelly is fantastic, she has a natural instinct for understanding hair, how it falls and what you want the eventual result to look like, that can't be taught. It is small things like she never drips water on me when washing (a small thing that doesn't really bother me but way more expensive places like Aveda have done), blow drys in an efficient and effective way with a finish I like but is not that conventional and always cuts my hair in a way that looks like the photos and lasts beyond a few weeks. Highly, highly recommended!
The cut was fine but the styling wasn't great, I had to ask Kelly twice to restyle.
Fab haircut and lovely service. Only one station so not a typical hairdresser atmosphere but good and friendly service. Thank you!
