Super good, one of the best haircuts I’ve had! Got amazing advice and would definitely be coming back.
Kelly is a lovely girl and I really like the salon space but I’m sadly quite unhappy with my cut.
I went in saying that I wanted a trim and a tidy and to keep it long but there was some colour on the ends that I was unhappy with.
Kelly suggested a good inch off which I did agree to but I think Kelly (as the hair dresser) should have warned me that this amount off would make it look considerably shorter.
The cut itself also wasn’t the best I’ve had. The ends feel thick and heavy this morning, they are sticking out like a bell - I don’t think she cut into them or thinned them (not sure what the terminology is).
She also kept saying how shattered she was as she was covering for a colleague, so I can’t help but think this had something to do with it as I see Kelly has lots of good reviews.
Very sorry for the bad review but feedback is so important and hopefully this can be taken constructively.

Kelly was nice and smiling, with little chats while working on my hair.
I liked the natural light coming from the big windows.
The cut itself wasn't a big deal, and unfortunately the blow didn't last till home. It was a cold windy day, maybe this the reason why. I don't blame Kelly. :-)
