The place was nice, the price was good and the hairdresser was very friendly (hence 3 stars). However, I was extremely underwhelmed by the quality of the service. I booked a 1-hour appointment which lasted 23 minutes; my haircut was hurried and uneven (!!!), and my blow dry was very sloppy - by the time I came home, my hair was back to normal & I was left feeling disappointed and annoyed for the rest of the day.
