Kelly was sweet and friendly and my hair looked beautiful. Frank and honest but never rude. She was chatty where appropriate but also let me just relax when I wanted. So happy with my experience.

Unfortunately the location was wrong So I was 15 minutes late and she couldn’t wash my hair! Not her fault but it did mean it was a very dirty hair do!
