I went to this place to do my hair up. Was a nice place and a nice lady served me. However, they did not have any hair clips so she said she couldn’t do it for me and I could only leave. Was not happy with this experience as I travelled far to get there and got nothing in the end. In addition, I booked for hair up and somehow it came up as dry blow or something in their system.
Benjamin was very knowledge and friendly. Enjoyed the haircut and service very much.
Unfortunately I was not informed the venue was in Rebel 1 gym, after switching from the Southwark venues. This resulted in me missing the appointment despite trying to call the number which would not work. Management were very quick to respond and offer a refund so should be commended for this. I will use the service again in future as the small treatment which could be fitted in was very good.
Dora was great! They had some issues with the location so ended up going to the Liverpool Street one which was slightly frustrating but Dora was excellent
