Customer service was great, however the service itself (ie wash & blow dry) wasn’t good enough. I could’ve easily then a better blow dry myself.. hair felt air dried rather than blow dried.

Went in for a quick wash and blow dry on my lunch break, loved it! Great atmosphere and super talented hair stylist.
