Nicola was a perfectly nice human being, but she’s clearly not an experienced masseuse. Felt fairly uncomfortable when I was asked mid-massage if I wanted additional services. Now, the mind boggles as to what that means. An ear candling or something entirely extracurricular altogether? No idea, didn’t ask, but in any and all cases, didn’t want to be upsold in the middle of treatment and it meant that I left the table feeling more tense than when I got on it.

This was probably the worst massage I have ever had. Whether the masseuse was not suited to this type of massage I'm not sure but it was not a swedish massage nor really even a massage at all. Paid for 1 hour, only got 40 minutes, but it was so bad I didn't even mind giving up the last 20 minutes.
There are better places around London.
