Needed a long-awaited massage having done strenuous cycling and running in the days prior to being treated by Jay. Being sore and injured, I managed to find a slot online later on for the same day, but had no high expectations - just basic tension release from my muscles. However I was so impressed by how capable Jay is as a masseuse, how passionate he is about treating injured sportspeople and his interest in his clients, The massage was amazing and I felt the best I had in a long time. Thanks!
