This was my first deep tissue massage in quite a long time, I had booked it as part of a recovery from the half-marathon I had run the week before. Jay was great, he showed me the areas that had most been affected by the run and put a lot of the focus into them. I came out feeling stretched out and a lot more limber than when I went in. Jay was super friendly and if I was going to book another running event, I would incorporate deep tissue massage with him as part of my training.
