My stylist was Natasha and she had a lot of experience of doing permanent waves. In my previous experiences, either the outcome wasn't good or I've had to advise stylists on how it should be done e.g. size of the rolls and how it should be curled. But with Natasha, she knew exactly what was right for the shape of my head and my general style. She was also efficient, talented and it's clear she really cares about her trade and her customers. So I came out of the experience very pleased!
