my overall experience at doc Barnet has been really good. I had a slight issue with the management on Friday 23rd November. The manager called me saying that one of the beautician called sick so he found a cover but he had to moved the appointment from 11am to 12:15pm. I showed up at 12:15pm but no one had my reservation. the manager didnt find a cover or communicate that to their staff. They asked me if they could have moved it on Monday at 1pm, which was fine, the lady at reception was very apologetic so I didn't feel like getting upset at her. Today I had my pedicure with Rossella. she was unbelievably good!!! I will definitely come back! the pedicure that she gave me was worth 30 pounds, well done to her!
