Customer service could do with a bit of work. People being turned away after waiting 15 mins (happened to me before, thought I’d give them a second chance) for their appointment booked on Treatwell.

Love my nails! Was booked in for just shellac toe nails and when I asked for a last minute pedicure (my first!!) it was no problem at all. Defo coming back!
