Wasn’t really that happy with the experience, felt like they were a bit rude, when i arrived on time for my appointment it was a little like why are you here? Very uncomfortable set up to sit and have the pedicure - it looks kind of messy. Did not appreciate gel lamp being placed on floor before being used. Atmosphere was kind of frosty i did not feel particularly welcome.

When I arrived I was told my appointment didn’t come through because I booked on Treatwell, advised to book via a different platform. They couldn’t fit me in but they were super sweet and apologetic about the appointment error so I left but then got a call to come back half an hour later. Nails were good but the electronic nail file caused some peeling on my skin after
