All reviews are genuine feedback from verified customers, so you know exactly what to expect at each and every venue.The salon had to cancel my appointment as the lady who does Apres Gel doesn't work Fridays, despite Treatwell allowing me to book for a Friday and prepay for the treatment. Reecey Roos has failed to refund my money and won't pick up or return my phone calls. I have raised this directly with Treatwell and will raise it at Small Claims if I don't receive a refund from the Salon.
