I loved getting my nails done at the venue, the place is so fun and fancy. The staff are amazing and super talented. Drusilla is very precise and neat, and every line she creates whilst painting is clean and looks very presentable. Super talented. She filed my nails to perfection. I got many compliments about my nails. I am very satisfied and I have booked another appointment again.
I specifically asked for a nail design and even contacted before hand and was given someone who was unable to do what i wanted.
Its fine to not be able to deliver something as the design I wanted was quite complex but the salon explicitly said they could, and couldn't. It was a LOT of money I paid to be disappointed.
It was clear whilst I was there that the place was badly managed as staff were even rushing around to find acrylic and monomer to do my nails. Go somewhere else
