Made the booking a week prior but my nail technician couldn’t make the day so couldnt get gel. However the another technician was able to give me acrylic design nails whilst also refunding me for the difference between prices of service. Very satisfied with the staff’s actions as they were very apologetic and warm, but wish I could’ve gotten the gel!
