I’d booked on Treatwell only to arrive in good time and be told they had double booked me & couldn’t do my pre-paid treatment! Made me wait 20 mins & then could only offer an express pedi rather than the full treatment booked. Really poor! Manager needs to take them off Treatwell as they are not taking bookings on here seriously.

Heard great things about this salon Arrived at the salon for my 5:15pm appointment only to be told in a very rude and dismissive manner that my appointment is not valid because ‘I’ should have booked via Fresha “
I pointed out that the salon is listed on treatwell, hence the booking and this technicians manner was unacceptably defensive Her colleague interjected in a respectful and apologetic manner, she even advised me of how to try to remove the Gel myself and refunded me
