Danielle was really good and careful when applying the colour and was very pleased with it. The only disappointing bit is that I booked an “express blow dry” also which Danielle explained that is not a blow dry at all. It’s simply a dry so you don’t walk out with your hair wet. Please Reeds of London change the wording of the service to “rough dry only” otherwise it’s misleading.
