My cut was good, but unfortunately the blow dry didn’t last at all - I arrived home 30 minutes later and looked in the mirror to find that the style had completely dropped out and my hair was as flat as a pancake.

It would have been good if she has spent more time cleaning my hair. I usually get a head massage for about 20 minutes and a good scratch to clean the scalp. Also another salon I went to served drinks, at least a small bottle of water. Another salon served wine (ok that was pretty amazing and quite rare) But for Reed’s her blow dry was good and she was friendly, so that’s a plus point!
