A great messy bun for a party. It looked great, stayed up all evening and got lots of compliments. Only negative comment is appointment took slightly longer than anticipated, however I was so happy with the end result it didn't matter!

I really was in 2 minds whether or not to leave this review as it's upsetting me to leave less than 4 or 5 * but on this occasion I had quite a bad experience- I'm sorry to say. The lady was really nice and kind but the strip wax was used for the Brazilian despite me booking the hot one as she mentioned my hairs were too short for hot wax... never in the last 5 years I had my intimate parts waxed with the strip wax but as she was a professional I trusted her judgement. She waxed same places over and over again making me really sore and swollen for a couple of days which has NEVER happened to me before. The waxer has not used the gloves which really alarmed me but I was too embrassed to say anything and the room was quite cold. The rug on the floor which I had to step on after getting undressed was dirty... Some hairs were left after the wax so I'm afraid I will not be returning and as such I am unable to recommend this salon. I was tempted by the lower price and a few good reviews so I thought I'd give it a go but sadly it turned out to be a mistake. Perhaps other services are good but waxing is not one they should be performing...
