Reena, the owner is very professional and friendly. I had IPL treatment with Reena about four years ago for other areas on my face which were very successful after a very small number of sessions and I had very thick hair! This treatment was on my chin and upper lip area. This was done on the new machine which is even less painful than before. It was not painful at all and all that I felt was a mild heat sensation but nothing else. I hope that this treatment is as successful as the last ones I had. Reena is very proficient at what she does.
