Karl is very professional, very detailed. Location was brilliant and very easy to get to. Karl put me at ease and it was painless. Good atmosphere, and importantly, the fact of using natural products makes a huge difference with someone who has lots of skin breakouts, my skin never looks better and hairless. HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT
