The management was late, salon wasn't even open when I got there at 9.30am which my appointment was and they didn't even apologise. I booked a stylist but the girl as lovely as she was must of been an apprentice as she had to get the manager to check at the end. Also the appointment should have been 45minutes but I was there for nearly an hour and half meaning I had to change a work appointment after. The girl was lovely but customer service needs to be massively improved.

Great venue, clean and welcoming. Stylist was friendly and professional and took her time, I did not feel rushed. Great experience and would recommend.

I am a "6 monthly" customer, went this time for a T section, cut, wash & blowdry. Didn't recognise myself each time I caught glimpse in a mirror!! Was very relaxed as I usually am after an appt with Reflections.... Going back in 2 weeks to try the Brazilian Keratin BlowDry so we'll see if that can more permanently tame my frizzy Brillo pad that I had before my appt with Mel, have had Claire do my appts before but now will be stumped if I have to choose between the 2 of them!!! Thanks girls.... Xx
