This is a wonderful calming place in lovely surrounds. Liz was calm and professional.
The reflexology was a bit different to what I am used to so it was a bit surprising at first. But actually rather good when I got accustomed to the more gentle touch.
I asked a lot of questions which Liz was happy to answer. I do intend to go back and maybe when I get used to the type of reflexology practised by Liz it’ll be 5 stars all round.

It’s my first time at Ampfield Meadows and I wasn’t disappointed. A lovely setting with a calm & tranquil treatment room. Liz’s gentle reflexology is so soothing and really targeted my current state of stress and helped a recent injury improve. I have already booked a block of reflexology with Liz and I can’t wait to come back for ny next session. Thank you Liz. 🙏🏻✨

The venue is great but the whole development is brand new so initial teething is to be expected. Mrs Morland is really good and the session was truly relaxing.

Ampfield Meadows is a beautiful and luxurious place to escape the crowds and come for reflexology treatments. There is easy parking and inside you will find a comfortable waiting area as well as a bistro where you can relax with a drink after your appointment.
