Charlene was really friendly and welcoming, and my hair cut is lovely. Every member of staff wears a mask under their visor, and surfaces are cleaned regularly along with everyone using hand sanitiser. Charlene was so helpful and gave me advice about colouring after my haircut as I enquired about a colour test. Will book again soon for colouring. Thank you!

Charlene always consults thoroughly and listens to everythng you are thinking about your hair , especially when you need a change .
She adapted the process practically and realistically by suggesting to go to caramel colour gradually ,rather than all at once to make sure we kept the hair in tip top condition
