I haven't been to Refreshed for 6 months due to being busy with work, as soon as I arrived the whole team were so warm and happy to see me. Caroline did an amazing job, we took a good 10" off so I could get back to a Bob and she gave me a top notch colour consultation for when I'm ready to get a balayage ombre. Everyone on the salon is really professional, very good at what they each do, and at the same time laid back and good fun. The salon has a great vibe, great tea and coffee too.
