The appointment started with a really thorough assessment and discussion prior to the treatment. Although I had booked for a deep tissue massage Matthew felt I would benefit from myofacial release first, which was brilliant.

Mathew was excellent! I explained my symptoms and Mathew gave me myofascial release instead. It was absolutely magical and all the pain in my body was gone. I couldn't believe it as I'd had unbelievable pain for a few days after a horrid virus.
100% would recommend and use again.

Another great session, working on my hip which was injured 14 years ago. Everything was released and I can walk much more freely and confidently.
