I was amazed that after only one treatment how the pain and tension in my back. neck and shoulder disappeared. My whole posture felt much better, I was standing taller and felt I could breathe easier. I slept like a log that night which was the first time in ages.

Absolutely love going to see Melanie - I know that she will help me with the pain on the day while also looking at the cause and giving me tips that I can implement in my everyday life (while paying attention to work/life situation as well). Always helpful and great advice!

Always a pleasure to go to see Mat for a treatment. He is so knowledgeable about the body and what connects to what and he will continue to explore into what is needed to get the end results. It's never painful and it can be so relaxing I almost drift off to sleep.
